| “I have been using encapsulation as a primary method for over two years in both commercial and residential cleaning. I tested your FoamDry on a residential polyprop and a nylon commercial glue down. The residential job did not appear to show immediate results, but upon drying the customer commented that there was a noticeable difference. The commercial job was quite different. My technician was very hesitant to try your product on a regular monthly account that he gets rave reviews on every month but I assured him that if it didn't meet his standards that I would re-clean it and buy him dinner. | "For a good test, I chose the highest traffic area of a very worn, 15 year-old gray berber outside of a warehouse area, full of packaging dust, coffee and pop spills. I presprayed it with PowerMax and bonnet cleaned it with FoamDry. The pads had more dirt on them than with any other cleaner I've tried. And when it dried, there was a better color blend to the carpet.
I've used all of your products in different environments - industrial, churches, and executive offices - with both bonnet and extraction equipment. In every case the Scot's TUFF products worked better, even the nose area of a set of stairs cleaned right off. | "I wanted to let you know how well the Scot’s TUFF encapsulating product
line has been working for me. As you know I have been testing it on and off
for several months in different situations. I decided to give your product
one final test. It was a restaurant I clean monthly. The carpet gets quite
dirty from month to month and has every cleaning problem possible, except
for urine. Before this I have been using a high pH prespray with boosters
in it, followed by a detergent rinse. Your PowerMax Encapsulating Prespray
along with your PrimeTime Encapsulating Cleaner did as good of a job as

"I tried Scot's TUFF FoamDry SR (with StainResist) against regular FoamDry and a competitive product with carpet protector. I tested these products in a car dealership that I clean every 45 days. They have high traffic and a bad asphalt walk-off problem. I think FoamDry cleans about 10% better than the competitive product. After 45 days, FoamDry SR looked about 20% better (brighter and less soiled) than the others. It also recleaned significantly better. I've tried numerous spray-on protectors at the dealership and FoamDry SR out performed them all.
I also tried your Coffee Stain Remover. Amazing stuff! The best coffee stain remover I've ever used. I was called to try to remove a coffee stain that another cleaner had spread and set in. I figured that it would be a patch job. Out of curiosity, I started spraying your product on the stain, which literally disappeared instantly. I was blown away as was the customer. He said the last cleaner spent an hour on the stain. I was done in less than one minute.
MultiPurpose Encapsulating Spot Remover works very well. I've had very good success on a number of things such as mascara, wine, "mystery" stains and even a couple red stains. I especially like MultiPurpose Encapsulating Spot Remover for post cleaning spotting. "
